Delete your Recall account

Applies to the Recall app by Recall (app.recallnow.recall) on all platforms.

Delete it yourself, in the app

Sign in to Recall (web or app), open Profile → Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and your account is removed immediately and permanently: all memories, people and places, chats, photos, groups you own, sign-in identities, and the account itself. There is no recovery period — deletion is complete at the moment you confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask for deletion. We verify the request against your sign-in email and delete the account within 30 days, confirming by reply.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: everything — your memories and photos, extracted people/places, chats, notification preferences, device tokens, API tokens, groups you own, and your sign-in identities. Deletion is a single transaction: all or nothing.
Kept: nothing tied to your identity. Aggregate, non-identifying service metrics (e.g. total request counts) are retained.

Partial deletion

If you want to keep the account but remove content: individual memories can be deleted in the app, and Admin → Delete my data wipes all memories, entities and chats while keeping the account.
